Ann had us all cooking Thai tonight. Diane was in charge of the rice and cleaning the shrimp (yuck!); Ann was the main cook for the tome yum goong (shrimp and lemongrass soup) while the pork satay was delegated to the boys. Jim cut the pork and skewered it, and Brian and Kevin made sure that Jim didn't grill it to jerky consistency. We had fun preparing it and even more fun eating it!
